This engagement session was one for the books and by books I mean the actual calendar. Jeremy wanted to surprise Janaya last November with an engagement session just shortly after he proposed. We planned it for early November when we still had leaves on the trees and also on the ground. That time of year is so warm and cozy for photos. We were looking forward to this session. But, enter Indiana Weather. It snowed a couple days before the session and it was only pretty the day it was snowing. A couple days later the snow had turned into gross slush! So we rescheduled.
Spring Break seemed like the perfect time as both Janaya and Jeremy would be on Spring Break and calendars were clear. We booked it, then Covid shutdown. We scheduled again, and Spring rains poured. So finally on a sunny day in May we headed downtown FW for the most fun engagement session. All three of us had been looking forward to it for months and when it happened we were all so happy! We started at Promenade Park and then walked through Headwaters and just kept on walking. It was refreshing to be outside in the Vitamin D.
We had thee best time together. This is one thing that I adore about my wedding couples. While I love creating beautiful photos of you and for you, the relationships that I build with my clients is so very special to me. Thank you Janaya and Jeremy for being truly awesome. I look forward to celebrating your day in 2021!
