Tyler and Lauren kicked off my October weddings with their nuptials. The Fall weather was perfect and the leaves were just starting to get a little color. They were married in the old historical church of St. Joseph. The stained glass and old wooden doors are two of my favorite things about photographing weddings at their church.
Lauren and Tyler began dating a few years back and all who know them could see this day on the horizon. Lauren’s family has been in front of my camera many times. With Lauren being the youngest daughter we have now tied a bow on weddings for the family.
There were so many sweet elements of this day including Lauren’s bracelet which was made with flowers from her late grandmother’s funeral flowers. It was such a special way for Lauren to remember her that day. Then heading to the reception, the bride and groom had drinks named after Lauren’s cats. I liked how they blended sentimental elements with lighthearted ones into their wedding details.
Thank you, Lauren and Tyler. I had such a great time with you guys. You are so blessed to have so many loved ones support you and pray for you as you begin your marriage.
