Carly and Jawan were married in May at the Rose Garden in Fort Wayne. It is the very place Jawan proposed to Carly in March.
Their small ceremony was so special. Their parents and a small group of loved ones joined them during their ceremony and then later for a little reception dinner at their house. This Fall they will celebrate on a bigger scale with even more family and friends. That too will be such a special day for all!
Carly has been in front of my camera since she was a baby! To be part of her wedding day in this regard was full circle. I know Carly well and love so much that she and Jawan are following the Lord’s lead in their lives. The college sweethearts are now united in the covenant of marriage and I am thrilled for them.
We really had the perfect evening for their outdoor wedding. We started family photos right after the ceremony and ended with just the Bride and Groom. Just as we were about to leave the Rose Garden it was discovered that Carly and Jawan were locked out of their car. So, they hopped in my car and I “ubered’ them back to their house. It created a fun memory!
