In 2017, Abby and I met at her sister’s wedding. Abby has an infectious smile and laugh (which you can see in every single photo of her). She is not only beautiful on the outside but carries herself with genuine love and care for all people and animals. I love those qualities in a person.
Joe and I officially met at the engagement shoot last Fall. It was unseasonably hot and humid that day. I couldn’t quite tell if he was just over the heat or if he has a dry sense of humor. It turned out to be both. I also have a dry sense of humor sometimes so I got him! After that session I knew that we would have a great time on their wedding day.
Their wedding was held at Abby’s parents beautiful, countryside property. The ceremony was small but the reception was big! One of the features that I loved was that they fit their love for traveling right into their wedding details. Each table was assigned an airport and the guests found their names on a board matching the table. Another super fun feature that they had was a favor bar which featured dog treats to take home. This incorporated their love for their dogs into their wedding day. It was such a fun and unique way to make the dogs part of the day.
The day went so very smoothly from beginning to end. There was about a 10 minute shower during the day which couldn’t have timed itself better. We were able to end the day with stunning sunset photos and the Fullenkamp tradition – the Ring of Fire.
Thank you Joe and Abby. I am truly lucky to have been able to be with you on wedding day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
