Ken and Michele have tied the knot! It was all because of a festival downtown Fort Wayne and some friends who helped orchestrate the exchange of phone numbers afterward, that these two met and fell in love.
They were married in September at the home of Michele’s brother. It was a small, intimate ceremony yet so abounding in God’s Presence and the love of their children, grandchildren, parents and siblings.
They celebrated afterward at Chop’s with a delicious meal and fun dinner conversation.
To see Ken and Michele get married was a special day. I have had the privilege of knowing Ken for over 30 years, when we worked together at WBCL. (He is still there, you might know him from Midday with Ken and McKalia). My husband has known Michele and her family their entire lives and I have known them since moving to Berne in 2000. Those conncections made celebrating this couple all the more special.
