Class of 2023, you have been AWESOME to work with. And guess what, you’re awesome in general. You were created for a time such as this. Life has been crazy while you have been in high school, but guess what? You made it. You overcame a LOT of things and handled it with guts!
Now you’re stepping into adulthood conquering life as it comes. As it comes… one step at a time. Right now, it may seem overwhelming but don’t think you have to look at life as if you’re looking at the Grand Canyon from the top of it. Take one step at a time, looking ahead through the window that each day brings.
Don’t be afraid to ask for help. We all need help in life, whether that is in school or the workforce. We’re all in this big life together. You were meant for this time, and you will make a difference in the future of the world.
Work hard, play hard and PRAY hard. We’re not meant to do this life alone.
Thank you for letting me get to know you just for a little while when you were in front of my camera. You have made me smile.
