Ben and Jenna’s wedding day is now a month in the books. It was picture perfect in every way. Jenna is a planner and every i was dotted and t was crossed when it came to the wedding day. It was just perfect!
I met this fun couple in 2018 at Alexis and Tyler’s wedding where they were both in the wedding party. It was very shortly after that wedding that Ben and Jenna got engaged. I was thrilled when she called me and booked on the spot. We have had so much fun getting to know one another over the past year and a half. Ben and Jenna are the cream of the crop and I adore them.
Some of my favorite photos are of the wedding party having a blast after the wedding. The champagne toast has to be my favorite series of photos. There was some trouble getting one of the bottles opened. The looks on everyone’s faces as that unfolded truly made for some fun photos. And I have to mention that another favorite of mine was at the reception… this one didn’t even involve the bride and groom but I just love it. The mother of the groom wanted a photo of herself with her siblings. The grandfather of the groom was close by, so his children picked him up and held him in the photo. It wasn’t but a second later when his wife (groom’s grandma…. are you following this?) swooped in for a kiss. It was just the best and sweetest thing ever.
It’s moments like those that make it such a joy to capture weddings. It really does fill my heart up and make me feel so very blessed to know people like Ben, Jenna and the ones whom they love.
